It's a great idea to take eight or ten index cards and write down your favorite scriptures. Keep the cards in your purse or work desk. Then, when you need a little comfort, you can take them out and read them over. Especially at work, when you are dealing with a toxic person or stressful moment. Eventually, you will begin to memorize your scriptures.
Don't be stressed; be blessed.
